Acceptance of Terms

By using API that Proxy Orbit you enter into a legally binding agreement between you and Proxy Orbit. If a user does not accept these terms, then access to Proxy Orbit will be denied.

Liability

Proxy Orbit provides API access to internet proxies allowing users to stay anonymous on the web. You, the User, acknowledge that Proxy Orbit will not be held liable for any liabilities that arise from using Proxy Orbit's services.

Termination & Refund

Proxy Orbit reserves the right to refuse refunds. If a User desires a refund, he should contact support at hello@proxyorbit.com.

Proxy Orbit reserves the right to close a User's account at any time.

Modification of Terms

Proxy Orbit reserves the right to change these terms at any point in the future. By using Proxy Orbit you agree to Proxy Orbit's privacy policy and all terms listed above.
